Finding Wonder

Recognizing wonder begins in the body. An alert from one of your many senses
requires a closer look, a turn of your head to listen with care, or a stillness to heighten a movement. Focusing helps make the shift as attention more fully. Then slowly the feeling emerges….joy, awe, fear, suparpris, gratitude.

We hold this in our heart, for a moment, or a lifetime.
